Hey Everyone, I have to move the Mastermind for today to next week. Due to a cough that just won't let up, the session would not have the delivery or impact you all deserve. We will move today's session to next week. This will allow us to explore the topics without distractions and get the most of the session. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Starting Sept 18 at 4pm I will be doing group sessions for service business owners who are doing below 5 million in sales. This should allow for most if not all to be able to get into these calls. They will be very tactical, and systems oriented. For active and new clients who are on annual or monthly fee structures. Goal is building systems and processes along with issues tracking and accountability. Calendar is shared here and recordings will be posted.

Leadership Psychology: Relationships Thurs @ 9am - This will be the final session for the Relationship segment. We will be moving onto new material starting October, so a perfect time to get yourself or some of your team members into the program. Service Business Coaching: 5 million or less Thurs @ 4pm - Brand: We'll be looking at your brand and asking some deep questions about it. Be prepared for discomfort. - KPI's: We will introduce a KPI dashboard and create an accountability for sharing KPI updates.
