How does microdosing help you process emotions?
Microdosing is not going to stop you from feeling your intense emotions, but what it does is it makes you more aware of those intense emotions & why they are happening.
Many of us get caught up in unconscious thought loops, especially when we are triggered.
We don't even realize that we are behaving in a certain way & following certain unhealthy patterns & this is a big reason why people get on pharmaceutical medication.
It is to regulate this, but this is only a band-aid for the real issue.
The real issue is buried underneath the way that you are feeling & reacting to life.
Microdosing helps you to dive into that & begin understanding it.
It helps you to understand why it's all happening & it helps you to release it so that you can start creating new patterns instead of placing a band-aid over an infected wound & continuing on like you're fine, which is essentially what pharmaceutical medication does.
When you take a microdose & say something really upset you, you are still going to feel those emotions.
You will still get upset, but a microdose is going to bring more awareness to the situation instead of just blocking you from feeling those emotions, it helps you to understand them.
Overtime, it will help you to stop falling into the same unconscious patterns.
It will make you very aware of how you're feeling & how you're behaving, it will help you gain awareness & this is where the real healing work begins.
The healing is in the awareness that the medicine gives you.
The medicine is going to teach you about yourself at a very deep level & it's going to teach you about your feelings & behaviors.
It is not going to stop you from feeling, if anything it may intensify it sometimes but it does this in a way that it brings clarity instead of pain, anxiety, depression, sadness, grief, guilt, & etc.
