Reciprocal Inhibition
Learning that the issues/pain on the back of your body are in direct relation to the tightness and overuse of the muscles on the front of your body. Why does that matter and how do we fix it? Being aware of where the tightness is, allows us to address the issue from the proper point of origin. Fixing it comes from moving the proper muscles to their full range of motion with strength and support in the most functional range.

Which area excites you most? Massage • Fitness • Volleyball • Digital Income • Balance? I am ramping up to start the volleyball season. Coaching U17/18 boys again this year for club. Still playing Mixed and Women's going on 30+ years!! Still in tier 1!!
