Welcome
I started my first Community!!! 👋 Welcome to Enjoylife!! I’m so glad you’re here! This space was created for people who want to live stronger, healthier, freer lives, without having to choose between family, fitness, health, or income. I’m Jordana, and over the years I’ve worn a lot of hats—massage therapist, volleyball coach, digital marketer, ambassador with Shaklee, affiliate with MWR Life, and (most importantly) wife and mom of three. Each role has taught me something valuable, and this community is where it all comes together. Here’s what you’ll find inside: ✨ Wellness & Recovery – Massage and self-care techniques you can use at home ✨ Fitness & Sports – Workouts, volleyball drills, and programs to build strength & energy ✨ Digital Income – Simple ways to create online income streams without tech overwhelm ✨ Family & Lifestyle Balance – Tools and support to help you thrive in every role you play This community is yours as much as it is mine. So let’s start by getting to know each other ⤵️ 💬 Introduce Yourself Below! Share your name, where you’re from, and which area excites you the most: - Massage & Recovery - Fitness & Sports - Digital Business & Income - Family & Lifestyle Balance And just so you know—while this community has a minimal $$ to join, we’ll also be building out paid courses and membership options for those who want to go deeper. Let’s grow, learn, and win—together. 🌟
Welcome
Reciprocal Inhibition
Learning that the issues/pain on the back of your body are in direct relation to the tightness and overuse of the muscles on the front of your body. Why does that matter and how do we fix it? Being aware of where the tightness is, allows us to address the issue from the proper point of origin. Fixing it comes from moving the proper muscles to their full range of motion with strength and support in the most functional range.

Low GI foods
Low GI foods have a glycemic index (GI) of 55 or less, indicating they are digested and absorbed slowly, causing a gradual rise in blood sugar and providing sustained energy. Examples include most fruits, non-starchy vegetables (like leafy greens and broccoli), legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas), most nuts, whole grains (oats, barley, quinoa), and low-fat dairy products. Protein-rich foods like meat, poultry, fish, and eggs have a GI of zero and also help to slow digestion and increase fullness
