What subject are you grinding on right now? 📚💡- Day 7 Recap
Today was all about diving deep into my back anatomy studies and really grinding through the material. I spent hours on the extrinsic and intrinsic muscles, drilling their attachments, innervations, and actions. On the tech side, I made major progress on my AI inbound assistant for a client and am almost finished building out my AI call assistant for PT clinics. Learning more about Vapi every day has been eye-opening. The platform has so much potential for creating powerful call automation systems. I am honestly excited about how close this project is to being ready and really think it could be a hit once I start to roll it out. Pushing forward day by day and feeling the momentum build.

📚 Day 6 recap
Today I didn’t spend too much time on Skool, but I did a bunch of warm outreach on LinkedIn and really fleshed out my AI call assistant for PT clinics. The best part is it can work perfectly in coordination with EMR databases like WebPT or Prompt, which a lot of clinics are switching to. On the school side, I started studying all the muscles in the back, both extrinsic and intrinsic. I need to know their innervations, attachments, and actions before Monday, so it’s a grind but an exciting one. Excited to keep the momentum going and would love to hear what you all are working on today too.

✅ Day 5 Recap
I have really started to niche into physical therapy clinics, and it feels like the right move. As a current DPT student who has worked in outpatient clinics, I have seen firsthand the pain points like constant phone calls, missed voicemails, overloaded front desks, and patients slipping through the cracks. That is why I built an AI call assistant designed specifically for PT clinics. It handles all inbound calls, including scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, new patient intake, FAQs, and CRM logging. It manages calls just like front desk staff, only more consistently and without ever missing one. Honestly, I do not know why I did not start this sooner. Every clinic faces these challenges, and now I get to solve them in a way that truly matches their workflow. Overall, a very big automation day with some studying of school material to prepare for our first quiz on Monday.

Day 4 Recap 📚
Today was a long one with school and studying. Classes really turned up the heat, and I need to adapt, but it's exciting material we are diving into in anatomy. I also started targeting my new niche in providing automations for backend/administrative tasks for PT clinics. As a DPT student who has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I've seen the inner workings of clinics and understand the issues that can be solved and automated. I didn't have much time for my Skool community today, but I still made sure to learn in the classroom for new members to pick up more strategies on how to enhance my community. Some days will be heavier on school and others on building, but the key is to keep moving forward in both. Always show up! 💭 How do you balance heavy study days with your other projects?

Day 3 Recap 🚀
Today was a mix of learning, creating, and studying. I spent some time exploring the classroom features for new Skoolers, which gave me new ideas on how to structure content and support other learners. I also began recording my AI Automation Beginners Guide, which will be released soon. I am excited to start sharing actionable lessons for anyone looking to learn AI without feeling overwhelmed. On the side hustle front, I created new cold email outreach for SaaS companies, testing ways to connect and explore opportunities. And of course, I kept up with school, studying anatomy and physiology using active recall and prepping for tomorrow’s lectures. Overall, it was a productive day balancing community growth, personal projects, and school. I feel motivated to keep building forward. 💭 What is one thing you accomplished today that you are proud of?
