I have really started to niche into physical therapy clinics, and it feels like the right move.
As a current DPT student who has worked in outpatient clinics, I have seen firsthand the pain points like constant phone calls, missed voicemails, overloaded front desks, and patients slipping through the cracks.
That is why I built an AI call assistant designed specifically for PT clinics. It handles all inbound calls, including scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, new patient intake, FAQs, and CRM logging. It manages calls just like front desk staff, only more consistently and without ever missing one.
Honestly, I do not know why I did not start this sooner. Every clinic faces these challenges, and now I get to solve them in a way that truly matches their workflow.
Overall, a very big automation day with some studying of school material to prepare for our first quiz on Monday.
