My calorie count is essentially the same as last week. I started at 170-172 lbs and I weighed in at 168 this morning. To be honest, I was really quite discouraged this morning😢. I didn't let myself steer off track though. I still ate healthy and have been working on my exercise snacks. After having a discussion with my husband and mom, I feel a tad better and encouraged thanks to their support!They both said sometimes it takes time and that I am probably building muscle, which weighs more than fat. I have ALWAYS hated that statement! I am not giving up on myself because I have worked too hard the past, well 7 weeks was when I started my journey, to throw it all away. I am ready for Week 4!!!
