So excited to say we now have our founding 50. If you are here it’s because you have been asked by the universe to be here and have a job to do, receive and give feedback! There’s loads of them waiting to be let in If you have come to take the ideas and make them your own Please leave for your own good as the space is protected I have a boundary around the things I deliver and that involves high levels of energetic protection 🫶 If you came to have somewhere you can access resources to help you self actualise and build your nervous system to a space where living feels easier then this is the place Self actualisation can only happen when your needs are met Needs like food, shelter, positive wellbeing and emotional health So - question…if you had to look at your life today and spot the gap of where you want to feel happier, better or stronger mentally or emotionally where is that spot. Name it for me so it can help me create the resources that will move the needle for you and others. You don’t need to share the backstory - share only what you are comfortable with. Xx

Today I want to ask you about compassion How do you express that to yourself and others? Do you wish you had more compassion for yourself and others? Imagine I had a magic wand and your compassion was at its best what would look different? What things would have changed? Would you be kinder to yourself/others?

So now your here your prob wondering what have I come to? This space is the place to come to when you need to find a track to help you. I’m creating a space here for you to have access to different therapy tracks to listen and or watch. Each will work on different areas of your life, the idea is your here while I grow it and give me feedback xxx
