All thanks to Endurance Skool. I used to just train however I felt, doing the sessions I liked most. It worked at first, but eventually I hit a plateau.
Endurance Skool made me realize how important it is to train smart, especially since I can only train twice a week. The knowledge inside helped me completely rethink my approach. I started training with purpose, and my fitness improved massively.
Honestly, the info in here is worth way more than 50 bucks a month. Huge thanks!
