How I Took My 5K Time from 18 Minutes to 15:20 in 4 Months
Most of you probably know I used to be a cyclist. In October last year, I made the switch to running, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Arthur shared everything he knew with me, training structure, intensity, recovery, all of it.
I followed the plan, trusted the process, and within 4 months I dropped my 5k time from 18:00 to 15:20. And the crazy part is: I know there’s still room for more.
This isn’t to convince anyone of anything, just my honest take on Endurance Skool. What’s inside there is basically the same info I got, but now even more structured, clearer, and combined with experience from other athletes.
Super grateful I had the right knowledge from the start, it made all the difference.
