I just had a great run, my motivation was very low before the start.
But i needed to do my second run today, so i jumped out of the couch for a run.
I did a shorter version of 1 mile tresholds.
2k WU + 3x1600(400) + 2k CD
It went really great the feeling was also good.
So again a lesson i learn a lot of times, is even if i am low in motivation i can do a good session.
And i am always happy after my session that i did it.
