I went through the course and really appreciated how clearly it explains key concepts to improve your running. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into it.
I already had some training experience, but the insights around a more threshold-based training model really stood out to me. I'm excited to test it out in my next training block — and I’m confident it’s going to deliver great results.
