Pregnancy and Red light?
Thoughts on pregnancy and Red light therapy?

There is a growing thought process around this; however, there isn't much research into it. Something to think about is that a Red Light Panel only provides a specific frequency, whereas being outdoors, belly out, will give you the full spectrum. I'd opt for the full spectrum and save the therapy for other use. Of course, being pregnant, you'd want to increase Omegas; that has a lot of research backing it :)
Hormones
Hi all ! Suggestions on peptides for hormonal imbalance . Low estrogen , low progesterone , low testosterone , amenorrhea Thanks

Before looking into exogenous hormones etc. I’d put 3 months of effort into aligning your circadian rhythm. Eat to your season, meaning no bananas if it’s snowing, if you know what I mean. Once that’s in order, I’d find someone who is well versed in augmenting your body’s chemistry to get what you want. My-2-cents 😉
Working Without Natural Light: Should I Try a Red Light Panel?
I work in an office with artificial lighting, without any natural light. I would like to install a red light panel to improve the light spectrum. Can anyone provide some guidance on this?

If you cannot change the light in the office, a panel will help bias the Red, IR & NIR spectrum for sure. If it’s a public space, then that will also impact others, so you might run into other issues. You can try to break your day my having 10min breaks outside to take calls etc which would be a way of maintaining your circadian rhythm. Keep the panel at home to supplement your outside time. If you do get the one that has the UVA & UVB lights, that can also assist.

@Esperanza Colmenero this would depend on the size of panel you have. I have a Fire Dragon and it’s super powerful. Keeping it on my desk for example is too bright to try and work with. I have it around 2-3M away. This floods a lot of light and is still ok to work with.
Sun gazing
I do sun-gazing with the mornin sun. After that, can i do my RLT in my face ?

what are you trying to achieve? Staying outside would always be better. The RLT is super handy if you can’t get outside.
VERTIGO ISSUES
We have started using our INFERNO panel and 3 days in, I now get very intense vertigo and tinnitus after just 2 minutes, 15 inches away on only LED. We did jump in probably too heavy at 15 minutes both COB and LED. Have I over done it? Whats my best way forward. The results elsewhere on me have been amazing

Slow and steady is the way. It's not a marathon. If it's causing a little stress to your system, a little rest will go a long way. Something to think about... If you go out and lay in the sun, you'd usually get tired and fall asleep (I do anyways LOL). It's much the same thing...
