One of our members is hosting something brilliant I wanted to share with you…
Our very own Gemma Stone (Hypnotherapist) and Debbie Petersen (Peace & Minds) are running a HOT – Hormones On Tour Menopause Event on Saturday 18th October, 10am–2pm in Flitwick.
It’s a day all about support, real talk and practical tools around menopause and a chance to connect with others who get it.
