I earned a BA in English as a Second Language Education, followed by two Master’s degrees in Educational Technology and Educational Leadership. Along the way, I have grown both professionally and personally through various leadership experiences. Now, as an Ed.D student in Educational Leadership, I am intentionally deepening my understanding of organizational systems, instructional improvement, and transformational leadership. This doctoral journey represents not just a credential, but a commitment to evolving as a leader who can make meaningful, lasting change.
