I'm Will. 30+ years in tech. I started building computers from Radio Shack parts when I was 12. No YouTube. No tutorials. Just manuals and a kid who wouldn't quit. I've spent the last three decades building systems for businesses. $30M+ in revenue across 50+ implementations. Now I do it with AI.
Here's what I believe: AI should make you money AND save you time. If it's not doing both, something is broken in the system. Not the tool. The system.
This community is a lab. We test things. We measure things. We share what works and what doesn't. No hype. No prompt libraries. No "top 10 AI tools" lists. Just real people figuring out how to make AI actually pay for itself.

A place where I tell you AI will solve all your problems. It won't. Your systems will. AI just makes the good ones faster.
