Monday Meditation - Monday 4th May
The aftermath of the Beltane - fire energy We’ve just moved through Beltane on Friday Fire energy. Creation energy. Expansion. This isn’t about talking about what you want anymore. This is about deciding. Your 3-month vision. Your 6-month vision. Not from pressure…From alignment. You don’t need to push this week you need to connect. ASK (Step 1) What do you actually desire? Not the safe version. Not the “realistic” version. The one that lights you up. The one you’ve maybe been avoiding saying out loud. Your next 3 months… Your next 6 months… Call it forward now. MOVE (Step 2) Drop into your body… Feel into that vision. Does it expand you - movement forward Does it feel exciting… movement forward A little uncomfortable… movement backwards That’s your truth. That’s your direction. And this is where you start to understand what’s holding you back. EXPLORE (Step 3) Now notice what comes up… Doubt… fear… hesitation… “Can I really have that?” Where is that sitting in your body? Just observe it. This is showing you exactly what’s been keeping you where you are. RELEASE (Step 4) You can’t move forward holding onto the old version of you. So this is where you let it go. Breathe… And say: “I release this in all forms, on all levels, and at all points in time.” Let it drop. Let it dissolve. Let it go You are no longer available for that version of you. MANIFEST – ( step 5 ) Quantum Magnetic Connection ✨ Now connect. Step into the version of you who already has it. Already living that 3-month vision. Already embodying that 6-month expansion. Feel it. You don’t chase your desires…you align with them. Because nature will show you exactly what you need to see right now. Nothing is rushing… But everything is moving. The trees are fuller. The light is shifting. There’s a quiet expansion happening everywhere as we move from spring into summer. And nothing is questioning if it’s ready. It’s just… becoming. We’re in the waxing phase of the Moon energy is building. But this isn’t your moment to force or overwhelm yourself with action. This is your moment to get clear. To notice: ✨ Where your energy is going ✨ What you’re actually working towards ✨ Whether you’re aligned with the version of you you’re becoming Because what you’re calling in already exists. And just like nature… you’re already in that process of becoming it. So today, don’t push. Don’t rush. Observe. Realign. Come back to yourself. And then move forward from that place 🤍

Today isn’t just “oh look, it’s May”…This is Beltane — the turning point. The shift from spring (awakening) into summer (full expression). Spring was your thinking about it phase…Summer is your right, no more hiding now phase. Nature doesn’t sit there overthinking it. Seeds don’t wait until they feel “ready”…They push through anyway. Flowers don’t second-guess…They open. So the question is… 👉 Where are you still in “almost”? 👉 Where are you preparing instead of actually living it? Because this energy is fertility Not just in nature… but in you. Your ideas. Your identity. Your confidence. Your next level. And here’s where you stop skimming the surface and actually do the work… 👉 Use your 5-step method today: 1. Ask What is ready to grow in me right now? What’s holding me back from stepping into it? 2. Move Use your sway let your body answer, not your overthinking mind. 3. Experience Notice what comes up… sensations, emotions, resistance.Don’t fix it just feel it. 4. Release. “I am ready to release this in all forms, on all levels, and at all points in time.” 5. Create. What do I now choose instead?What version of me is ready to be seen? Because let’s be honest… You don’t get to step into summer energy while dragging winter baggage behind you. This is the shift. This is the activation point. This is where you either stay comfortable… or expand. A gentle beginning to the week. We’re moving into a more intentional phase of manifestation and creation. The push, the urgency, the noise… has softened now we recalibrate. This is where you find your direction. This is where you get clear on what you truly want. Because as we move towards Beltane a powerful shift into action and creation clarity becomes everything. Drop In Close your eyes. Slow your breath. Let your body soften. No over thinking No figuring it out. Your Sway Step 1 — Ask Bring to mind the situation. The thing. The career. The relationship. The idea that keeps coming back. Whatever it is you are dreaming about… desiring… questioning. We are all on different paths this is yours. Now gently ask: Is this truly meant for me? Is this for my greater good? Is this the right direction for my life? Then Listen: Step 2 - Move Clarification (Subconscious Response) Let your body answer.Keep it simple: Forward = yes Notice what happens naturally. A pull forward. An opening. A quiet certainty. Or… Backward = no A pull back. A contraction. A sense of resistance. That is your answer.No analising No second guessing.This isn’t the mind this is your subconscious giving you direction. This is the work right now Clarity first. Because as we move into Beltane, we step into a season of action of bringing your manifestations to life. But you cannot build on confusion.
