“Clear your field. Return to your center. Release what isn’t yours.” A soft reminder for empaths: not every feeling you carry belongs to you. Today, brush off the residue, breathe into your own body, and reclaim your energy with intention. 🌿✨ 1. Settle Your Body Sit or stand comfortably. Place both feet on the ground. Take one slow inhale through your nose, and exhale through your mouth. 2. Brush Off What Isn’t Yours Using your hands, gently sweep downward from your shoulders to your fingertips, from your chest to your belly, and from your hips to your knees. Do this three times, imagining any heavy, sticky, or foreign energy falling away. 3. Call Your Energy Back Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Say quietly (or internally), "What is mine returns to me. What is not mine releases.” 4. Seal Your Field Visualize a soft, warm light surrounding your body—not as a wall, but as a gentle boundary. Let it feel breathable, flexible, and protective. 5. Close with Gratitude Whisper a thank you to your body for carrying you, feeling for you, and speaking to you.
