Let’s Meditate is a 40-minute weekly guided meditation to relax your body, clear your mind, recharge your energy, and balance your emotions.
Each session includes:
Energy cleansing
Grounding
Clearing limiting beliefs
Activating a specific theme.
No experience is needed and meditations can be reused as needed. Prepare a safe, comfortable space, use headphones, keep water nearby, avoid interruptions, dim the lights, and have a notebook for your reflections.
