We are approaching the final stretch of this year, a cycle that has undoubtedly stirred many things within each of us. There may have been moments of chaos, doubt, exhaustion, or fear; and at the same time, there has also been clarity, deep lessons, inner strength, and many shared joys. Today, I want to honor all of it: the things we enjoyed and the ones we didn’t so much, because every experience has been shaping us and supporting us in remembering who we are at our core. Personally, I feel deeply grateful to each one of you for being here, for reading me, for opening your hearts and allowing me to walk alongside you on your path. Thank you for your messages, for your presence, for the conversations that heal, and for the laughter that soothes the soul. My invitation today is to gift yourself a few minutes to give thanks, with intention and presence. You can do it out loud, in your mind, or by writing it down; what truly matters is that you feel it: - Just for today, I am grateful to my body for allowing me to feel and experience life. - Just for today, I am grateful to each emotion for revealing the truth that lives within me. - Just for today, I am grateful to my mind for showing me how I function and how I protect myself. - Just for today, I am grateful to my soul for guiding me, even when I do not understand the path. - Just for today, I am grateful for every experience, person, job, income, and place that has come into my life. - Just for today, I am grateful to myself for becoming more and more aware of everything that I AM.
