This space exists so you don’t have to walk your emotional journey alone. Whether you’re here to connect, share, or go deeper—there’s room for you.
Here’s how the community is gently held:
💛Free Community Tier (Standard Access)
This tier is about connection and belonging.
You’ll have access to:
- The community feed
- The ability to comment on posts
- The ability to share your own reflections
- Conversation, support, and connection with others walking a similar path
This space is here to remind you that you’re not alone and that your voice matters.
🌿 Premium Tier — Emotional Alchemy ($33/month)
This tier is a more intentional, supported container for those who want guidance as they learn to work with their emotions in real life.
Premium members receive:
- All lesson videos and Emotional Alchemy teachings
- SoulWork practices to help integrate what you’re learning
- Monthly livestreams for reflection, teaching, and open conversation
- Direct message support during Alchemy Support Hour
- Thoughtful, guided responses to questions and reflections (DMs & comments)
- Occasional bonus reflections created just for premium members
This tier allows me to be more present and responsive, offering support that doesn’t get lost in the scroll.

💫Here’s how this space flows:
✨ Monday – Alchemy Integration (premium)
Each Monday, I’ll drop a short video lesson you can watch in your own time. These are practical, grounded teachings you can apply to real life.
✨ Wednesday Within (community + premium)
A gentle moment to check in with yourself. I’ll ask a question to help you listen inward and notice what your emotions are sharing.
✨ Friday Reflection (community + premium)
A space to slow down and let the week land. I’ll offer a reflective question to help you notice what this week stirred up and what you need going into the weekend.
✨ Alchemy Support Hour (community + Premium DM Support)
I’ll be in the classroom Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5–6 PM (ET for now). You can comment your questions on the post or Premium Members message me privately — whatever feels safest for you.
✨ Monthly Livestreams (premium)
Once a month, we’ll gather live to check in, integrate, and connect as a community.
A little about me — I’m a storyteller, emotional alchemist, and fellow human learning how to listen to myself more gently. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in creating space where we feel seen, heard, and supported as we find our own way.
