Let’s slow this down and bring it back to the basics today.
Take one slow breath in… and let it out gently.
Now scan your body from head to toe.
Where do you feel tension, heaviness, tightness, or discomfort right now? Your jaw… your chest… your shoulders… your stomach… your throat?
That sensation is often where an emotion is living.
Now softly ask yourself:
What might this part of my body be trying to tell me? What does it need from me today?
You don’t have to fix it.
Just notice it.
Allow yourself to feel it.
Awareness is the first step of healing and your soul knows the way when we listen to what it’s telling us 💛
