What is your favourite food or drink to help you cool down?
In the UK it’s a scorching day today so before work I made myself a light bite of cheese and crackers with a pineapple and mango smoothie.
This was about the only thing I could eat when the weather is this hot.
Do you guys have any recommendations for food or drinks that you like to eat when the weather is really hot?
