The London Underground
Have you ever been in the London Underground? It's an astounding place. I went there last week and got lost instantly. It is the oldest metro system in the world but it is so. So. Confusing. Yess i got an obsession with the Paddington Bear hahaha and I didnt know that his name come from the actual station!! Also when I went to London you see T-shirts with the logo!!

What is your favourite food or drink to help you cool down?
In the UK it’s a scorching day today so before work I made myself a light bite of cheese and crackers with a pineapple and mango smoothie. This was about the only thing I could eat when the weather is this hot. Do you guys have any recommendations for food or drinks that you like to eat when the weather is really hot?
