🌿 Our Community Guidelines

1. Be real before you are polished.Authenticity is magnetic. Perfection is not required here — honesty is. Share where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

2. Lift as you climb.Celebrate each other's wins as enthusiastically as you would your own. Someone else's breakthrough does not diminish yours. There is more than enough transformation to go around.

3. Hold space before you offer advice.When someone shares something vulnerable, lead with acknowledgement before solutions. Often people need to be heard far more than they need to be fixed.

4. Respect the diversity of paths.We come from different backgrounds, beliefs, and life experiences. That diversity makes this community richer. Approach every perspective with curiosity rather than judgment.

5. Keep it confidential.What members share here is shared in a spirit of trust and vulnerability. Do not share other people's stories, struggles, or breakthroughs outside of this space without their explicit permission.

6. No spam, no soliciting.This is not a marketplace. Please do not promote your own products, services, or opportunities without prior permission from Elaya-Jane. This protects the integrity of the space for everyone.

7. Be kind. Always.Disagreement is welcome. Disrespect is not. If you have a concern about something in the community, please bring it directly to Elaya-Jane rather than addressing it publicly.

8. Do the work between sessions.The integration practices between our live calls are where the real transformation happens. The more you put in, the more you get out. Show up for yourself between sessions as much as you show up in them.

9. Ask for help when you need it.If something brings up more than you can hold alone — reach out. In the community feed, directly to Elaya-Jane, or to a trusted professional. This work can move deep things. You do not have to navigate that alone.

10. You belong here.Imposter syndrome is real and it shows up for almost everyone doing meaningful growth work. When it whispers that you don't belong, that you're not far enough along, that everyone else has it more together than you — please know that is simply not true. You were drawn here for a reason. Trust that.
