Awareness, the Inner Critic, and Becoming Magnetic
Most of us walk around with a voice running quietly in the background — telling us we're too much, not enough, or that we need to shrink to be safe. That's the inner critic. And here's the thing most people miss: you can't soften a voice you're not even aware is talking.
In this session, we're going to slow down and actually notice that voice — where it shows up, what it sounds like, what it's trying to protect you from. Because awareness isn't just insight for insight's sake. It's the doorway back to your own magnetism. You can't be fully seen, fully magnetic, while part of you is busy managing an inner critic you didn't even know was running the show.
We'll move through a hands-on awareness exercise together — one designed to help you catch the critic in real time and start relating to it differently, so more of your natural energy is free to actually attract what you want, instead of staying locked up in self-protection.
We'll also look at something that surprises a lot of people: when we feel triggered in the present, it's rarely just about what's happening right now. Often it's an old emotional wound getting brushed up against — and the intensity we feel is really the echo of an earlier moment, not the current one. Once you can see that link, triggers stop being something to fear and become something to learn from.
Come with curiosity, not judgment. This is about meeting yourself — not fixing yourself.
