Become Hirable: Standard Operating Procedure ⭐
Ladies! 🤍
You have officially stepped into a really exciting phase of the program.
You know the sales framework. You've practiced the calls. You've learned objection prevention and objection handling.
Now it's time to start looking for an offer!
Every coach hires a little differently. Some will ask you to record a Loom video introducing yourself and answering a few questions. Others may ask you to submit a recorded sales call or a mock sales call.
Some may even ask if you have an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
I've just added an SOP to the "Become Hirable" section for you.
This document outlines what your day-to-day responsibilities look like as a high ticket sales closer, from managing your calendar and preparing for calls to updating your CRM, tracking commissions, and following up with prospects.
More importantly, it demonstrates to a coach that you understand what it means to be an asset to their business, not just someone who knows how to close sales.
My goal isn't just to help you land an offer. It's to help you become the closer that coaches never want to lose. 🤍
