Team detox and parasite cleanse anyone?
I’m going to be hosting a 90 day detox and parasite cleanse starting May 1st. This is for anyone who knows their body is holding onto more than it should be. Things like: low energy constant cravings bloating skin issues brain fog poor sleep anxiety or irritability stubborn weight that won’t move digestive issues A lot of this ties back to what’s going on internally. I’ll be guiding you through the full 90 days with: supplements targeted support for parasites essential oils nutrition guidance There is no cost to join. You’ll just cover your own supplements. Using AI to lose 10lbs by summer
I wrote it here... so now I am committed... 🫣 I’m in a place right now where I really have to prioritize where my money is going while I build my business. At the same time, I’ve been holding onto an extra 10 lbs of stubborn fat and I’m over it, so I went back to my "Blondie fit" days with a bit of an upgrade. I pulled out my food scale for the first time in a long time and started tracking my macros again. My protein intake is literally half of what it should be. No wonder I’ve been binge eating and dealing with cravings. I re-downloaded MyFitnessPal. The free version works great and it’s easy because most foods are already in there. This app makes it really simple to track macros. I’ve also been using ChatGPT more strategically. I put in my weight, height and age, goals, and where I’m at in my cycle and told it to memorize it. I than have it help me with what to eat, when to eat, and how to train daily based on my sleep and where I am in my cycle. As women, there’s a lot going on hormonally. If you’re overtraining, under eating, and constantly spiking cortisol, you’re going to feel it and it will be harder to lose weight. @Rachelle Daniel 3-4 days a week is great for a women. I typically do 5 to keep myself in routine. I also dislike cardio! I will do 10-20 minutes on the stair master sometimes. But I like to get out and go hiking a few days a week.
Digital Detox
I’ve been noticing how attached I’ve become to my phone lately, and it’s draining my energy and shifting my mood. So I’m taking a digital detox and diving into some books! This decision actually came to me on my walk this morning while I was listening to a podcast that had nothing to do with social media or mental health. It was one of those clear downloads. A thought that didn’t feel like it came from my mind. It landed in my chest with that warm, expansive, exciting knowing. When I feel that, I follow it. The last time I had a knowing like that, I quit my corporate career and moved to Australia alone. That decision led me into a relationship with God and into creating real freedom in my life. This week I keep noticing little seeds being planted. Things showing up seamlessly. Breadcrumbs leading somewhere bigger. I’ve taken breaks from social media many times when I feel it starting to affect my inner world. I’ve done month long breaks. I’ve stepped away for two years more than once. I don’t think it will be that long this time, but every time I step away, the habit breaks. I forget my phone at home. I feel more peace. And when I return, my message is clearer and stronger. If you’ve been feeling this too, maybe try it. Starting this group feels like another strong knowing. I know I’m meant to bring this community together. Skool doesn’t feel addictive to me, so if you want to connect while I’m off social media, that’s where you’ll find me!

@Lara P I am so sorry to hear that.. I never have words during this moments. Wrapping you and your family with love. As for the group chat, that is understandable. For me personally, I would use an app like WhatApp to protect my mental health.

@Lara P That is fair and very true. I have my facebook on my desktop and off my phone. It still helps to separate yourself from your phone. 💛
Ovulation me is not in charge anymore
I accidentally overbooked my luteal phase this cycle Ovulation Jena was on fire. Prospecting, sales calls, studying a new company, 5+ in-person meetings a week, coaching, cooking, cleaning, weight training… you name it, I was on absolute FIRE Yesterday I hit a wall. Full breakdown. I felt totally overwhelmed in my business… until I checked my cycle and realized I haven’t taken on more than I can handle. I just forgot to plan for the phase I’m actually in (oops, I swear I never learn) Different phases hold different capacity. Ovulation me will always think I can handle everything at once. That’s not a discipline problem, it’s a timing problem Today I took a step back, organized my week, and made sure the rest of it is smooth, with time for quiet, strategic work Back in control Do you track your cycle and plan your schedule accordingly? More social/networking-heavy on the first half and quiet, strategic work on the second?

@Halie Van Ert The wall that I hit is always a brutal reminder. It's a goal of mine to be more proactive with scheduling around my cycle. Not saying that I don't do any in person's or meetings during Luteal, but plan for less so my nervous system doesn't get overwhelmed. I was thinking to myself today, I am not sure if this is fully true or not. But I wonder if we are a little more intuitive during Luteal. As it is such a quiet inward phase of our cycle.
