Kit - Subscriber Signals

and other Kit (formerly ConvertKit) users. How do we feel about the launch of their new 'Subscriber Signals' feature?

I went to activate it, then something felt weird 🧐 Essentially it's a way to get deeper data on our subscribers automatically. Apparently it pulls in job titles, companies, titles (I guess via a LinkedIn match?) plus social following and engagement patterns.

Once it's switched on, when someone joins our list, it will automatically pull in all of this data and is dependent on how much public data is available for that individual (Kit reckons around 25%-35% of subscribers will be able to be data matched).

What's the vibe here?
