This weekend I was talking to some folks about other ways for High School Students to earn scholarships outside of sports. So I came up with this flyer. Im going to post it tonight.

I have a teenage client who is depressed. I recommend to the parents to get his thyroid, vitamin B and D, iron, and Magnesium levels checked to rule out medical. This week the father said that his Vitamin D levels were severely low and was prescribed Vitamin D. It will take a few weeks to a months before his levels can return to normal.
