Tonight my older brother came out for bench and he also decided to join me for some grip training. I broke out all my blobs and my loadable Thomas Inch handle. I got up to 133.XX pounds on the handle and was playing with my 85 and 90 blobs. Sometimes doing them at the same time. I almost got 143.XX on the handle but couldnt make it happen for full range of motion. It did leave the ground though.
The handle is 33.XXlbs empty so we just throw on 10s to get going and then get the small change plates on to really reach the limit.
