The focus is on doing the inner work, building awareness, shifting mindset, and actually learning how to live a great life without substances. What really excites me most is personal growth, mindfulness, meditation, and sharing my story in a real and honest way. Most of the work I do comes back to awareness and mindset, learning how to slow down, pay attention, and respond differently to life instead of reacting on autopilot. Outside of that, I love music and play guitar. I have three daughters and spend as much time with them as I can.
