Off season grind
🔥 Outstanding Strength & Power Session Today! 🔥 Today’s training session was all about building strength, power, and speed through 5 challenging supersets designed to push our athletes to the next level. 💪 Today's focus:✅ Maximum strength development✅ Explosive power production✅ Speed and acceleration✅ Stability and movement control✅ Work capacity under fatigue What impressed me most was the athletes' commitment and intensity throughout the entire session. Every set, every rep, and every drill was performed with purpose and focus. This is the type of work that creates long-term development and separates good athletes from great ones. Success is not built in a single workout—it is earned through consistent effort, discipline, and a commitment to getting better every day. Proud of the work put in today. The foundation is being built, one session at a time. 🚀🏒💪 #StrengthTraining #PowerDevelopment #SpeedTraining #AthleteDevelopment #HockeyTraining #StrengthAndConditioning #PerformanceTraining #WorkEthic #TrainHard #PlayerDevelopment #FutureChampionshttps://youtube.com/shorts/icu5VHofOM0?is=t3szK5wiy-_vXpLi

Some trainings at the hill
"Hill sprints and uphill jumps should be a key part of a hockey player's off-season training. These exercises develop explosive power, acceleration, lower-body strength, and rate of force development while placing less impact stress on the joints compared to flat-ground sprinting. From a physiological perspective, they enhance neuromuscular efficiency and power output, qualities that directly translate to faster skating, stronger strides, and better on-ice performance throughout the season." 🏒⛰️⚡
