Hand Wrap Pro Tips
I like to do this with my hand wraps directly after training so I can throw them in the washing machine when I get home without them getting tangled up and being a hassle to deal with every time I wash them. Rolling them up after they are washed are far easier this way as well. Try it out and let me know what you think!

Striking tips and tricks
this was a video we recorded after a private with a couple students I was working with. Purpose of the video is to remind them some of the details we went over and some ways to drill these things to help get the feel for the mechanics of the strikes. The funny part at the beginning is that we did the whole video at first, then realized it was not recording 😅 play around with this and let me know what you think. Also comment below or direct message me what you are working on or need some help with!

Basic front headlock details
a video I sent to my buddy to help him with some basic details from the front headlock lock position. This is just one very simple option from the position. There are plenty of other options from here, but this is a good effective way to beat a basic defense that the bottom guy will tend to have as you circle to go behind. Try it out, let me know what you think, and if you have any questions let me know!

Rear body triangle escapes
Here are two variations of how to escape when you have your back taken and opponent has a body triangle locked in. This is my coach Jason Manly, one of the very best, if not the best, grapplers I’ve ever trained with. Make sure you watch until the end because we go over the most essential details of the video which is controlling the hands to prevent being choked when attempting the first two techniques.
