A Walmart grocery haul on how I would shop if I trying to eat to fuel performance (on and off the mats) and for overall health while staying budget friendly. I put a photo of the grocery list if you want to save it to take to the store with you.
Going to post some videos of cooking this food to help out any who may be brand new to cooking for themselves (particularly young athletes like where I was at one point) and for anyone unsure of just how easy to is to cook a healthy meal and have it taste fairly good.
