As entrepreneurs, our mindset is one of the most powerful tools we have. There are two basic mindsets we all operate from: fixed and growth.
- Fixed Mindset: You believe your abilities are set in stone. You think talent or intelligence alone leads to success, and effort doesn’t change much.Example: “I’m just not good with money.” or “I’m not a natural leader, so I’ll never succeed in business.”
- Growth Mindset: You believe your abilities can be developed through effort, learning, and persistence. You see challenges as opportunities to improve.Example: “I can learn how to manage money better with practice and guidance.” or “I may not be a natural leader, but I can develop leadership skills through experience and mentorship.”
💡 People with a growth mindset understand that consistent action, resilience, and learning from mistakes lead to long-term success. They don’t expect overnight results—but they know growth compounds over time.
