Pulled out the rings to get some work done outside today. When they say anytime anywhere, they meant it. Training outside is a great way to start your day.

So today is my second day doing the info to the calisthenics workout and all I can say is I’m sore!!! This is awesome. I’ve been doing calisthenics for around the year and a half and I feel like these workouts are really big benefits to my growth. 💪🔥 this is the first time trying the typewriter pull up. I did three sets of five. Was awesome 😎
