No one's watching. That’s exactly why it matters. Self confidence comes from keeping promises to yourself. Doing the little things especially when no ones watching.

Hybrid Code
If we had a code for training, it would most likely be something like this. Strength, speed, control, and clarity. How to create a clear vision in 5 steps. Step 1: Know what you want. What is the outcome you want to happen? Step 2: Have a plan (and an accountability partner). What are the steps needed to get there? Step 3: Take consistent action. Whats going to stop you from showing up, address them and plan around them. Step 4: review. Look back at your past progress/ failures Step 5: Renew/adjust your goals.
