Ok be honest, how many of you do this? My guess would be not enough of you. If you had to cross the country with only a map, no GPS, no Google or Apple Maps, would you check in periodically at gas stations or visitor centres to make sure you were still going the right way? Some of us might say no, they set the course and they just go until they get there without ever checking to make sure there wasn’t a better or more efficient route. Others will make the stop, check in and adjust. Those are the people that get to where they want to be in the most efficient and rewarding way. Think about that in terms of your business…are you checking in quarterly? Are you checking the map to make sure you’re hitting your goals, your targets? That the strategies you deployed are actually working? Want to Set Yourself Apart in a Competitive Market?
It seems that every market in North America is becoming very competitive. The market has slowed and agents are looking for an edge, they are looking for ways to stand out. Here's a suggestion...make sure you know how your client likes to learn. Do they prefer to watch videos? Listen to podcasts? Read infographics? Do you have a pre-listing package? Here's how you can stand out to get that listing...take your existing pre-listing package and feed it into NotebookLM. Request three things: 1. Explainer video 2. Podcast 3. Infographic When you send the email to your client, include those three links, offer them up because you know how important it is for people to learn in a format that is most comfortable to them.
