What is your Why?
For me, in a nutshell, it’s about contributing to and facilitating the process for the people around me to achieve their goals, to feel seen, to build confidence on and off of the pitch, about giving people the space to let their voice be heard, whether that’s through them leading loudly or quietly, and enabling them to discover the potential they didn’t know they had.
