What Are Your Biggest Coaching Bottlenecks?
Hey everyone,
In our self-paced modules we talk about, for example, the science of coaching; from building constraints-led games to managing cognitive load and designing effective sessions.
But I also know that taking those pedagogical frameworks from paper to a wet, chaotic Tuesday night training pitch is where the real test happens.
As we build out more resources for the Elevate community, I want to make sure we are tackling the exact hurdles you are facing right now on the ground right now.
I’m opening the floor.
What is the number one thing you are finding challenging in your coaching at the moment? Is it;
• Practice Design: Designing sessions that actually teach the skill without creating confusion?
• Player Buy-in: Getting your squad on board when, for example, shifting away from traditional, static blocked practice?
• Differentiation: Managing drastically different skill levels or rugby IQs within the same session?
• Something else entirely?
Drop your biggest current roadblock in the comments below. Be as specific as you can. I'll be jumping in to brainstorm solutions and tweaks with you, and your answers will directly shape the upcoming masterclasses and resources we build next! 👇
