Master Your Mobility
This is designed to figure out your weak areas in mobility.
Whether you are sat at a desk all day or you have low back pain from carrying the kids around.
We will assess your tight/weak areas and show you how to improve them by completing small movements each day.
Once completed you will be able to work through the movements specific to helping your weak points.
Depending how much free time you have each day you may be able to work on multiple areas at once.
