Goal: Launch YouTube channel and hit 300 subscribers with 16 long-form uploads published.
Standards:
- Post 2 high-quality YouTube videos weekly (long-form; minimum 15–45 minutes)
- Do 2, 20 minute meditations daily
- Do 60+ minutes of YouTube production daily (script/record/edit/title/thumbnail/plan content)
- Do 10 meaningful outbound touches daily (comments, DMs, collab asks, replies, community engagement)
- Record 15+ minutes on camera daily (practice reps: even if it’s not posted)
