ungating issue

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice from anyone who has gone through grocery ungating.

I recently got approved for the Grocery & Gourmet category using an invoice from Target with 10 units. Seller Central shows my application status as Approved, and I received the approval email(pic below).

However, when I try to list the same ASIN (or other products of the same brand), it still shows “Apply to sell.” Also, when I click apply again, it now asks for 100 units, while the original application required 10 units.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a system delay, ASIN issue, or something that requires contacting Seller Support?
