Hello, Can someone please tell me who to contact if I had issues getting my photos or ID photo taken clearly? Can I talk to someone directly to assist me with uploading what's needed and verifying I am who I say I am? Thanks

I’m trying to understand Amazon FBM shipping costs and wondering if I may need to adjust my shipping template. I recently shipped a 7 oz item in a bubble mailer to a nearby state for about $5, which seemed reasonable. The next day, I sold the exact same 7 oz item, also shipped in a bubble mailer, to a state only one state farther away, but the shipping cost was around $9. What confuses me even more is that I’ve previously shipped a 2 lb item in a box to one of the farthest states for about $10. Why would a lightweight 7 oz package in a bubble mailer going to a relatively close state cost almost the same as shipping a 2 lb package in a box across the country? Could this be related to: - my shipping template settings, - delivery promises/transit times, - carrier selection, - or something else?

If I purchase an item from EE Distribution that is currently on sale or discounted, will that affect my Amazon ungating application or the acceptance of the invoice?

I’m applying for a wholesale account with Frontier Co-op and I’m a bit stuck on one section. For the “Type of Business” field, I see options like Retail Business , Grocery or Web Retailer. so I’m not sure which one is correct. If I select Web Retailer, it then asks for a website/web address. What’s the correct/safest way to handle this? Thank you.

They reviewed my paperwork again and un-gated me for the grocery category, but i’m still gated for the brand that I needed to submit the listing for…. It’s OK though because I just placed a big order through Faire for a few different items. Coming slowly but surely….
