Step 1 infuse your choice of oil (I use sweet almond oil)
Clove
Cayenne Pepper
Cinnamon
Camphor
The oil should have a nice deep red color. Clove and camphor have analgesic properties meaning the cause numbness ❤️ The cayenne calls the body to action!!! It also helps aid circulation and can even stop a heart attack in progress. The cinnamon also aids circulation and has beneficial warming effect actually all 4 are warming herbs.
You can use the oil as is or turn it into a salve or balm ✌️❤️ I use this balm after a long day of foraging and it's great for gifts ❤️
