Coming at you guys with a very niche tip today lol. When you’re looking for a sweet fruit juice to sooth your cravings (or if you just like juice in general) look for labels that say JUICE and not fruit “drink”
There’s a big difference between the two. Fruit drink will often contain very little amounts of real fruit and the rest is water, artificial sweeteners and flavours. 🤮
JUICE is usually 100% fruit and retains all the natural vitamins and minerals contained from the fruit. Yes, Juice will also be more expensive but it’s 10x better for you in the long run. I personally drink a cup of 100% orange juice almost every single day and it provides me will all my vitamin C needs (taste delicious too) 🫡
