... And I’ll be real with you: last weekend, my hard wasn’t a massive long run. Normally I can crank those out without much drama, at least one day. But this time? The hard was simply getting in some miles at all. The same place a lot of us find ourselves—tired, busy, unmotivated, questioning if it even counts. It does. Showing up when it feels heavy counts more than anything.
...And here’s the thing—this weekend is special. There’s a little surprise coming your way… maybe a guest runner ? , maybe something that shakes things up just enough to remind us why we do this together. "what could it be ?"
