Day 2 – Add-On | Corporate Leadership Challenge
It’s interesting how today’s lesson on trust showed up in my real life without me even realizing it at first.
A simple conversation reminded me how much the little things matter, showing up, following through, and being dependable.
It made me pause and think about how I’m leading myself day to day, because that’s really where trust begins.
For me, this is a reminder to stay steady in my actions and intentional with what I commit to.
Growth in leadership isn’t always big moments… sometimes it’s just being reliable in the small ones.
