I’m learning that influence shows up in the everyday moments… not just in big roles or titles. For me, I see it in the way my nieces come to sit with me, talk with me, and share their hearts. That trust, that connection, that’s influence. It reminds me that leadership is really about how we make people feel, how we show up, and how we pour into others consistently.
